Do you have a regular exercise routine?
I spend most of my days doing desk work, and for a long time I wasn’t exercising at all. But recently, I finally started working out again.

The exercises I’m doing now are Ring Fit Adventure and some YouTube stretching routines.

I’d love to go to the gym, but considering the monthly cost, it’s still a bit tough for me as a student. So for now, I’m focusing on workouts I can do at home.

There are plenty of movements including strength training, stretching, and even yoga, so you won’t get bored.


■ YouTube Stretch Routine for Improving Forward Head Posture

Another thing I’ve been doing is a YouTube stretching routine to improve my straight neck posture.

Since I work at a desk every day, I tend to slouch and push my neck forward without noticing. Whenever I look in the mirror, my posture really bothers me, so I’m trying to improve it little by little by doing this stretch daily.

After finishing the routine, my shoulders and neck feel much lighter, and it helps me reset mentally too. I usually do it during breaks from work or right before going to bed.


Starting a workout can feel annoying or tiresome, but once you actually move your body, you forget about the stressful stuff and feel refreshed afterward.

Exercise doesn’t just strengthen your body—it lightens your mind as well.
Even something simple is enough, so I hope you’ll try adding a bit of exercise to your day and work toward feeling healthier together.
